Now we get into the fun. This is a sprint TRI similar to the Hasting race except a lake swim and anywhere between 500-800 meters, not sure felt much longer than 500. The Ride was 15mi and the run is 3mi. This swim well....was uncomfortable to keep it clean!!!! Great weather for the event.
